Yoga with Renate (Rena) in Vikara 


Yoga (Hatha Yoga)how it is practiced in the Western world is a system of body-, breath-, and concentration exercises.

It is about health maintenance or bodily healing, but also about awareness and growing consciousness for inner processes and for our true values.

Nowadays there are a lot of different yoga styles, therefore I like to describe briefly my personal approach.


Yoga-time is time for you, time to arrive in your body, time to discover your feelings and enjoy the stretchings and your own strength.

When we can arise above our daily thinking habits, there will be a deeper connection to the inner wisdom of our body and we can truly breath out and let go. The breath is the connection between the body and the spirit/ soul. In your breath you can experience more calmness, clarity and joy of life.

The area is equipped with Yoga-mats, blankets and coushions. Please bring a cloth or towel to put on the Yoga mat. In the winter the floor can be cold, so warm socks are recommended.


Duration is 1,5 hour

Costs: 15€ / Residents 10€  reduction possible
